Michael F. Sweeney is a 30+ year resident of the Tri-Valley with over 20 years of experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration.

Mr. Sweeney began his career in law as a trust officer for a major corporate fiduciary, administering living and testamentary trusts, probate and conservatorship estates for five years. Next, he worked for an estate planning attorney, where he drafted living trusts and handled the office's estate administration. At that time he decided to attend law school, locally, at night.

Mr. Sweeney has practiced solely in Estate Planning and Adminstration since his admittance to the State Bar in 1993.
